would anyone like to see there remodeling project in a 3d model before you spend a lot of money?

it will be done in autoCAD it can be used for cost estimating and approved drawing for HOA's, county, city building codes.

Uuuuh sure. But with Google sketchup anyone who owns a house can create their own 3D models, or get a friend with some skillz to create one for them. It's easy and free.
