Go to hgtv.com. They have some really good decorating ideas and ways to declutter and store your stuff.

I would by a bed with drawers beneath, like a captains bed. You might even be able to have someone build this for you. The cd’s can go into albums that take up much less room. Ditch the racks or give them to someone. As far as the closet goes, if you are like most of us, you probably only wear 10% of the clothes you own, so PURGE!!
